The Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor branch office staff
- Execute daily operations of the branch
- Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives
- Hire, develop, and train full time employees
- Manage branch P&L
- Ensure compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as Malone and their customers' policies and practices
- Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships
The Requirements:
- 2-5 years of previous management or leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Experience in the staffing industry, recruitment and/HR is a plus, but not required
- Must have previous customer service experience, account management experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be a polished and professional communicator in both written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficient with computers and with Microsoft programs
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
