Job Title: Accounting Clerk Location: Nampa, ID Compensation: $24-$27 an hour benefits CV Resources is partnering with a reputable company to find a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing job costing, and supporting reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform double-entry accounting, ensuring all debits and credits are accurately recorded. Manage job costing to allocate expenses and track project profitability. Conduct reconciliations, including bank statements, general ledger accounts, and project costs. Utilize Spectrum/Viewpoint software for financial data management and reporting. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure financial records are organized and maintained. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting. Qualifications – Must Haves: Solid understanding of double-entry accounting (debits and credits). Experience with job costing processes. Proficiency in account reconciliations. Experience with Spectrum or Viewpoint accounting software. Nice to Have: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
