Job Responsibilities for Office Assistant: - Maintain email communication for department
- Perform data entry
- Generate BOL's
- Perform pre-auditing on inbound shipments
Job Requirement for Office Assistant: - Must have recent experience in an office setting (1-2 years minimum)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
