POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations while ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, and production. This role will also involve reviewing and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure alignment with company standards and strategic goals. Proficiency in the Korean language is a advantage, enabling effective communication with Head office in Korea.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
• Oversee procurement processes, including reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain compliance.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs while minimizing waste.
• Lead logistics planning and ensure timely, accurate distribution of products to customers and partners.
• Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain processes with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
• Foster strong relationships with domestic and international stakeholders, leveraging skills to enhance communication and collaboration.

WORK EXPERIENEC

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in supply chain tools and software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of global supply chain operations, including import/export regulations and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in Korean is a strong asset

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
