• Inventory Management: Monitor and order parts to avoid service disruptions.
• Technical Guidance: Provide remote expertise to optimize field technician outcomes.

• Scheduling and Coordination: Organize technician schedules and prioritize urgent tasks.
• Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers, and manage relationships for best deals.
• Recruitment and Management: Cold call vendors, and assist in team hiring and training.
• Troubleshooting Work Orders: Efficiently diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement systems for proactive home upkeep.
• Ad hoc Projects: Support additional analyses as directed by management.
