Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order parts to avoid service disruptions.
- Technical Guidance: Provide remote expertise to optimize field technician outcomes.
- Strategic Decision Making: Use technical knowledge for informed repair decisions.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize technician schedules and prioritize urgent tasks.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers, and manage relationships for best deals.
- Recruitment and Management: Cold call vendors, and assist in team hiring and training.
- Troubleshooting Work Orders: Efficiently diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implement systems for proactive home upkeep.
- Ad hoc Projects: Support additional analyses as directed by management.
