The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping including the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and preparing financial reports.


Responsibilities/Skills

  • Use QuickBooks to process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Excel Proficiency
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Creating financial reports to work with the external accountant
  • Provide some administrative support as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
