Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute various marketing events, including seminars, speaking engagements, movie nights, podcasts, and conferences.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor contracts, permits, and staffing, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Be comfortable attending early evening and afternoon marketing events to ensure their success.

Marketing Strategy Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales teams to align event goals with business objectives.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns with a keen eye for detail to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Budget Management:

  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and tracking all expenses.

Project Management:

  • Oversee event-related projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met with strong follow-through.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Work with vendors, such as caterers, designers, and AV technicians, to guarantee event success.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold brand standards across all events and act as an outgoing, quick-to-connect brand ambassador.

Audience Engagement:

  • Develop strategies to maximize attendee participation and satisfaction through interactive experiences like live demos, Q&A sessions, and giveaways.

Post-Event Follow-Up:

  • Collect feedback to evaluate event success, create detailed reports, and follow up with leads generated from events.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports on campaign performance and leads to measure success and support future planning.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with in-office teams, vendors, and audiences.
  • Proficiency in event management software, CRM platforms, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and any software needed to complete the task.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
