***This position is ONSITE 3 days/week in the Philadelphia/Southern NJ area***


Robert Half's Fortune 500 client is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity . This position is onsite 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week.


Valid driver's license is required


This role has a particular emphasis on sports partnerships and large-scale activations,.

Event Coordination & Activation

  • Coordinate game-day activations, including interactive games, giveaways, and pet adoptions.
  • Oversee 3rd-party activation agency partnerships to ensure seamless execution of events.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Assist with full-funnel marketing needs, including email campaigns, social media, podcast integrations, and premium giveaway ideation.
  • Support lead generation efforts by creating event opt-in forms, QR codes, and tracking results from activations.
  • Submit creative requests to the in-house creative services team and track progress.
  • Research and report on competitive best practices to improve brand partnership strategies.

General Project Management

  • Support vendor and supplier relationships to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track, monitor, and report on event performance and deliver post-event recaps.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to align on project deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years in sports partnerships, experiential marketing, or event management
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale activations and events, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Adaptability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and outdoor stadium environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
