Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Interlinc Financial Advisors, Inc. in Plano, TX. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling for the office, phone etiquette & skills, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent client service and client experience on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, experience and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong Client Service and client experience abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Previous experience scheduling multiple advisors is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Ring Central (how to set it up and how to use it) is a must
- Knowledge of Calendly (how to set it up and how to use it) is a must
- CRM skills (Wealthbox)
