One of our major clients is seeking an SAP Sr. Instructional Designer/Trainer Consultant to work on a 7-month assignment in Bakersfield, CA
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with change managers to understand change impacts and align on training needs.
• Develop a range of training materials, including e-learning modules, system simulations, and quick reference guides.
• Create online, interactive training materials (e.g., micro-learning, videos, eLearning).
• Develop and analyze assessments to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.
• Use tools like SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, and Vyond to create training materials.
• Partner with functional leads and SMEs to create tailored user-centric solutions.
• Assist in developing classroom agendas, timelines, and training content flow. • Ensure a consistent design approach across all training materials.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Track and document the progress of instructional design projects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and address learning needs.
• Lead content reviews, revisions, and approvals. • Participate in team meetings and report progress.
• Travel to field locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties, including surveys, training data analysis, and administrative tasks.
Required Experience
• Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in multiple full-cycle ERP deployments
