Job Opportunity: Operations Analyst
BGSF is seeking an Operations Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and leveraging strong analytical skills to improve business efficiencies across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with strategic analysis, capital allocations, and identifying performance issues across regional operations.
- Provide data and analytical support to operations teams.
- Communicate action plans to senior leadership and management.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track progress and success.
- Contribute to materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual operational review meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query/Power BI.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
