Job Opportunity: Operations Analyst

BGSF is seeking an Operations Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and leveraging strong analytical skills to improve business efficiencies across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with strategic analysis, capital allocations, and identifying performance issues across regional operations.
• Provide data and analytical support to operations teams.
• Communicate action plans to senior leadership and management.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track progress and success.
• Contribute to materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual operational review meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query/Power BI.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
