As the Senior Manager of Learning and Development, you will play a key role in designing, organizing, and overseeing learning and development initiatives. This position fosters a cohesive learning culture across the business while driving the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide learning programs.
Additionally, you may provide coaching and guidance on HR processes and systems, influencing stakeholders across the organization. To succeed in this role, you should be an agile learner capable of managing multiple tasks across diverse projects while effectively applying your expertise. You will also be responsible for designing and documenting organizational and operational processes to ensure seamless program and process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop effective learning and development programs tailored to customer needs, regularly updating them as required.
- Ensure projects align with strategic business objectives, providing an enterprise-wide perspective.
- Maintain consistency in learning standards across the business, overseeing the planning, prioritization, and development of new initiatives in line with company strategies and needs.
- Conduct analyses to identify current and future learning and development needs.
- Introduce and incorporate the latest trends in learning and development, ensuring an innovative approach in program updates and overall strategy.
- Implement, evaluate, and benchmark learning and development initiatives to meet strategic objectives.
- Provide consulting, coaching, and support to business partners on training projects, programs, performance needs, and development plans.
- Support strategic HR activities, including organization design, change management, and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions in various formats, such as classroom, web-based, or blended learning.
- Fully utilize the LMS (Workday Learning) to manage and execute program delivery.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, or Program Management.
- Exceptional adaptability and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) across all levels, including presentation and facilitation expertise.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with individuals at all levels, across various functions, and in diverse locations.
- Resilience and courage to tackle challenging goals and recover quickly from setbacks.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in all aspects of the role, regardless of scope or scale.
- Expertise in managing multiple large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery using both internal and external resources.
