Job Summary:

Design and develop refrigeration systems for liquid cooling products. Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team to execute the full product development cycle, from concept to production. Responsible for refrigeration system design, component selection, controls integration, schematics, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design refrigeration systems, including sizing and selecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, and sensors.
• Create refrigeration schematics and controls in collaboration with electrical engineers.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Manage cost, performance, and risk mitigation for refrigeration components.
• Support system debugging, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with functional, performance, and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSME or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years designing refrigeration systems, with knowledge of sensors, green refrigerants, and system testing.
• Proficiency in PLM/MRP software, technical problem-solving, and SolidWorks (preferred).
• Familiarity with mechanical enclosures, liquid pumping systems, and manufacturing best practices.
