Description
Responsible for managing client accounts by delivering excellent client-first experience service. In addition, this role will be responsible for executing various money movement transactions and administrative functions for the organization. Responsibilities
•Prepares documents for new account openings and client transactions
•Prioritize, follow up, and complete service requests from advisors and clients
•Foster existing and new relationships by focusing on exceptional client-first experience
•Prepares correspondence, forms, reports, and presentations or other written communications
•Schedules and coordinates meetings, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements
•Act as a backup to Administrative Assistant; greet and direct phone calls and visitors, and act as a resource for all contacts
•Evaluate, analyze,e and enhance organizations' operations through process improvement strategies/projects
•Perform general office duties, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining records management database systems
•Provide clerical support to other departments
•Perform other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
•One or more years of financial services experience required. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate and prior financial services experience is required!
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
•Excellent written/verbal communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
