Legal Intake Specialist: The ideal candidate will be professional and have at least entry level experience working in a personal injury law firm.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client confidentially by keeping client/attorney information safe
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered
  • Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
  • Storing completed documents in appropriate locations
  • Operating a data entry device to record or verify a variety of information
  • Accurately input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
  • Handling phone interactions with clients.
  • Setup clients for proper treatment.
  • Handle client and other calls at a fast pace
Requirements:
  • This position is direct hire
  • Pay is $19.00 (Negotiable with more experience)
  • This position is also eligible for incentive bonuses in addition to two company-wide bonuses each year.
  • Ability work 8 a.m-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m-4 p.m. on Friday.
  • Must have at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience working in a personal injury law firm
  • Customer friendly with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Word experience is required.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $22.00
