Rezdôra is a 3-star NY Times Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by Chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer. Rezdôra is located in the Flatiron district of New York City and is a part of Fai Bravo Hospitality group.
We are currently looking for a passionate Expeditor (Expo) whom loves Italian food, wine, cocktails and culture to join our team.

Traits we’re looking for:
- Must have 3 + years working as an Expo. NYC experience a plus
- Be a liaison between front of house and back of house
- Ability to use all relevant equipment; Understanding, knowledge, and ability to comply with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Running food
- Ability to prioritize work activities and provide accurate information and assistance to any management or colleagues' request in a timely and courteous manner
- Ability to keep calm when faced with unpredictable situations
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
- Ability to take direction Ability to work in a team environment and alongside Chef
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of proper food handling
- Knowledge and use of kitchen forms/systems
- Must understand how to abide by the rules of the Department of Health related to Food Service
- To have a positive attitude,& take initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with your colleagues
- To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing circumstances
- To maintain a team, focus on strong leadership and show cooperation and support to colleagues in pursuit of departmental goals
- Ability to work with restaurant equipment (food warmers, ovens, fryers, knives, pots, plates, and pans, etc.).
