Job Description:
We are looking for an expeditor to join our team. General responsibilities of the role will be to facilitate smooth shipping processes and ensuring strong communication with customers and suppliers.

• Tracking orders : Maintaining a system to track part orders and deliveries, and prioritizing them based on production schedules and purchase orders.
• Communicating with vendors : Ensuring parts are delivered accurately and on time by communicating with vendors.
• Coordinating deliveries : Working with warehouse staff to receive deliveries, and scheduling pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers.
• Managing inventory : Controlling inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies.
• Resolving issues : Addressing supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with suppliers
• Generating reports : Creating reports that detail inventory levels and supply chain performance
• Ensuring compliance : Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement strategies
• Assist quality technician as needed.
