Job Title: Supply & Expediting Engineer

The Role:

Assist in delivering package supplies for offshore wind projects. Monitor purchase orders, manufacturing progress, and ensure timely delivery. Frequent travel required.

Job Duties:

• Integrate Free Issue Equipment (FIE) within offshore packages.
• Lead expediting services.
• Monitor manufacturing progress.
• Report progress and verify conditions.
• Conduct field and desk expediting.
• Ensure safe loading, shipment, and discharge.
• Plan and report expediting visits.
• Control manufacturing status.
• Expedite purchase orders.
• Verify freight forwarders and transport companies.
• Manage communications with project forwarders.
• Support transport issues and attend inspections.
• Ensure proper equipment packaging and sea fastening.
• Interface with Marine Warranty Surveyors.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Knowledge of maritime requirements.
• Experience in renewable energy or power infrastructures.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Offshore experience preferred.
