In this position, you will be responsible for working with sophisticated equipment-including vial washers, filling isolators, lyophilizers, and packaging lines-to ensure optimal, efficient operations. Core tasks involve executing qualification and validation measures, adhering strictly to cGMP and GAMP protocols, and delivering round-the-clock technical support. Beyond your everyday responsibilities, you will engage in ongoing improvement efforts, collaborate across various teams, and maintain detailed, comprehensive documentation. Job Function:
* Identify, configure, and maintain intricate automation equipment
* Carry out validation processes, uphold industry best practices, and ensure full compliance
* Offer 24/7 on-call technical support for critical operational challenges
* Drive process enhancements and facilitate equipment implementations
* Ensure thorough, accurate documentation and assist with system acceptance activities

Job Requirements:
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical engineering and related documentation
* Strong competence with PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Schneider) and advanced programming languages (C#, VB.net)
* In-depth knowledge of cGMP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
* Ability to interpret schematics, troubleshoot motor controls, and skillfully handle basic hand/power tools
