• Demand planning and forecasting for item sales, inventory and performance.
• Manage in-store and ecommerce merchandise assortment strategy.
• Utilize data visualization software and build tools within Excel and PowerBi.
• Create financial and business intelligence plans through historical consumer and trend data.
• Present analytics and propose action plans to leadership.

The ideal Senior Omni Merchandise Demand Planner should have…

• 3+ years merchandise planning experience including forecasting, demand planning, and sales and inventory analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills within systems like Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business.
• Keen retail math skills will be crucial.
