The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its independent Catholic educational institution. The successful candidate will be an experienced Catholic educator with a strong background in elementary and middle school settings, fully embracing the mission and core beliefs of the Academy. This role is pivotal in nurturing a school community that prioritizes the education of the whole child, with a focus on character, competence, and compassion. The Head of School will be responsible for the strategic and visionary leadership of the Academy, including change management, and will work closely with the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, and parents to ensure the continued growth and maturity of the institution.Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should be practicing Catholics with the ability to articulate the values of the Catholic Church. The role requires a leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a proven track record in academic leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in institutional advancement, fund-raising, and a strong understanding of best practices in finance, human resources, and business operations.
