The Head of School will also be responsible for promoting the school in the community, attracting new families, and maintaining the institution's Episcopal values.Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate a deep respect for and celebration of diversity, and to make decisions that keep the school's values and mission at the forefront. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, be dedicated to the professional development of teachers, and be adept at strategic planning. A background in Episcopal education is not mandatory, but an understanding and appreciation of the values and principles associated with it are essential. The Head of School will take office in July 2025 and must be committed to the mission of honoring the gift of childhood, instilling a passion for learning, and teaching the power of goodness.
