Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Review repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
  • Accurately process warranty claims within manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
  • Resolve warranty claim rejections promptly to secure payment.
  • Record warranty payments and address discrepancies or required adjustments.
  • Maintain receivable schedules in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Administrator Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting is a plus.
  • Experience in accounting, CDK, or warranty administration is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Extensive customer service skills and great communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
