Position Overview
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will support the Sales Team in your assigned territory. You will assist with both direct and distribution sales operations. As Sales Operations Manager, you will place all orders and may be asked to check in with customers with updates. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing your passion and talent to accelerate APEX’s growth in your area. Each Sales Operations Manager is required to meet specific performance standards. This is a permanent, in-office position at one of our
corporate offices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Submit and confirm all orders for the entire Territory including Distributors and Direct. Manage Orders inbox with fellow Sales Operations Manager.
• Maintain CRM database for assigned geography. Run reports as needed.
• Support Clinical Education objectives, to include managing KOL events and labs.
• Manage internal and external conference planning, booth set up, attend conferences as needed.
• Manage in-office events, day-to-day operations, and collaborate with fellow Sales Operations Manager.
• Assist in booking travel for leadership team members.
• Maintain professional standards.
• Successfully complete HubSpot CRM training.
• Utilize HubSpot daily to record emails and calls and place orders.
• Successfully complete extensive LMS training.
• Successfully complete corporate and product training.
Compensation:
• W2 Position
• $50,000 Annual Salary
