You'll be part of a TOP construction company located in Miami with over 30 years of history, offices Miami and projects in all South Florida. Specialized in Commercial Projects between 1M / +10M.

Responsibilities

Performing safety inspections/audits on project sites.

Working hand in hand with office leadership to help further develop the safety culture.

Conducting both in person and virtual safety training and orientation.

Safety pre-planning and lookaheads with different teams.

Participation in project meetings.

Ensuring Subcontractors compliance with OSHA regulations and training requirements.

Authoring project specific safety plans.

Developing and implementing new training programs.

Qualifications

College degree in a Safety related discipline.

3-10 years' experience in Construction Safety.

Bilingual

Certifications not required, but preferred OSHA 500, CHST, CHSP, CSP, and/or other professional safety certifications.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $80,000 - 100,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
