Black Owl Recruiting is sourcing a skilled and compassionate ENT Specialist/Otolaryngologist to join the ASC team for a reputable client in Forest Hills, NY . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions, from common ailments to complex disorders. You will provide high-quality care in both our Manhattan and Brooklyn locations, contributing to the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures as needed, including endoscopic examinations, tonsillectomies, and sinus surgeries.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Stay current with advancements in ENT treatments and technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency care as required.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Valid New York State medical license.
- Proven experience in an ENT practice with a strong understanding of ENT conditions and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training in a sub-specialty of otolaryngology (e.g., rhinology, laryngology) is a plus.
- Experience with advanced ENT procedures and technologies.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken in our patient communities.
