Our client is a top AmLaw firm looking for an Assistant Director of Practice Management .

This role will oversee strategic planning and business development for a practice group of around 150 attorneys worldwide. This role works closely with Practice Group Leaders to manage operations, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure the group is well-positioned in the market with effective systems and structures to support long-term success.

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Location: Chicago

Comp: Up to $260K
