Mitigation Technician Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, on call as needed
• Pay Rate: $18/ hour

Mitigation Technician Job Description:

• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and related restoration services per industry and company standards
• Ensure excellent customer service, conduct site inspections, document damages with photos, and communicate ETAs to clients
• Safely clean and remove structural damage using tools, unload and reload equipment, and dispose of debris appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, care for company equipment, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed
• Participate in on-call schedules, complete required IICRC certifications, and lead or support team members as necessary

Mitigation Technician Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IICRC or similar certifications required
• Experience in water damage restoration or mold/fire remediation
• Minimum one year of manual labor experience or equivalent schooling
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record, pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and work occasional weekends or overtime if needed
• Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
