PeopleShare is seeking a Proposal Coordinator who will be a key point of contact for our business development team, consultants, and partners, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration across all stages of the proposal process.
Proposal Coordinator Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7AM-4PM
  • Pay Rate: $30-35/hr based upon experience
Proposal Coordinator Job Description:
  • Serve as the main liaison for the business development team, consultants, and external partners.
  • Manage and update the business development opportunity database, schedules, calendars, agreements, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and evaluate opportunities that align with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Create and monitor proposal timelines, ensuring all materials are completed and submitted on schedule.
  • Supervise the preparation, packaging, and delivery of proposal documents, ensuring they meet quality and compliance requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate business development team meetings, including agenda preparation and action item follow-up.
  • Keep well-organized electronic and physical records of proposals, agreements, and related documentation.
Proposal Coordinator Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in government contracting required.
  • Proposal coordination and submission experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
