- Provides excellent service to customers while answering incoming calls and email inquiries regarding missing information and eligibility related to federal, state and institutional aid. Provides customer support through effective communication to inquiries with minimal conflicting data.
- Maintains current knowledge of student aid eligibility requirements in accordance with federal, state, and institutional guidelines. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

This position is located on the Airport Campus in the Student Financial Services department. Minimum and Additional Requirements High school diploma with one (1) year of relevant customer service experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Previous work experience in a higher education environment.
