FULTON MARKET KITCHEN, located in the heart of the West Loop's Fulton Market District, is currently seeking a talented Lead Line Cook to help anchor our BOH team.  THIS IS A PART TIME position.

As a Lead Line Cook, some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibilty for preparing all food items according to standardized recipes
• Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
• Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
• Using safe food handling procedures, prioritizing kitchen cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in a high volume restaurant
• Culinary degree a plus
• Ability to multi task in a very high paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must speak and read English
