Shift/Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5 days/week)
Pay Rate: $58,656/year
Location: Arlington, TX 76017
Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or call-center experience.

Customer Service Representative - Bi-lingual Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via telephone and email.
- Handle inbound telephone calls and inquiries.
- Provide communication and coordination between locations.
- Qualify customers and direct them to their nearest office.
- Administrative duties and tasks as required.
Customer Service Representative - Bi-lingual Requirements: - 1 year customer service or call-center experience.
- Posses excellent communication skills.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
- Minimum Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
