Job Description
  • Reporting to a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters in the recruitment process.
  • This person will manage workflows and recruitment cycle through the applicant tracking database to ensure all steps are documented and compliant with the Client's recruitment process.
Major Responsibilities
  • Develop an expertise knowledge of the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure the seamless scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment team.
  • Ensuring candidates have accurate and timely information to complete necessary documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Educate new employees on documentation needed to complete the on-boarding process.
  • Order background checks on applicable candidates.
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Greet and escort candidates in the Bank offices, as appropriate.
  • Assists in the coordination of job fairs, as needed.
  • Work on special TA/HR projects as assigned.
Additional Information
  • The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of human resources or administrative experience.
  • Must be a team player who values accountability, integrity, quality, and has a strong sense of urgency.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet the needs of various constituencies.
  • Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to escalate issues to appropriate parties and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking databases, as well as MS Office Products.
