Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth communication with clients and accurate processing of orders. This role involves data entry, inventory management, and customer service to help maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be organized and able to interact with customers both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly engage with clients via phone, email, or in person to provide updates and resolve order or shipment issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process and input orders into the system, create and monitor warehouse work requests, and ensure orders are accurately prepared and labeled as per customer requirements.
  • Conduct inventory checks, verify shipment data, and track inbound/outbound shipments, providing updates to customers.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records, ensuring accurate filing of correspondence, receipts, and invoices.
  • Address issues like damages, shortages, and nonconformance, working with other team members to resolve customer concerns.
  • Handle additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items.
