Job Description Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders (inbound and outbound) using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Track inbound and outbound material activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and order labels are printed according to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate and organized records through filing and data entry, contributing to smooth workflow operations.
- Prepare essential logistics documents, including work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, manifests, and labels.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by reviewing manifests, invoices, and orders, ensuring all records meet quality standards.
- Provide professional customer service by answering phone inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments as necessary to support operational needs.
- Consistently adhere to the attendance policy, arriving on time and prepared for each shift.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong phone and email etiquette.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
