This Regional Sales Management opportunity will be integral to their growth in the US, providing you with the scope to develop new markets across a multi-state geography. With a fantastic portfolio of Implants, Navigation & Augmented Reality (AR), it's a rare opportunity to join a highly innovative company with fantastic resources to drive adoption rates.

As the RSM, you will develop a multi-state geography with a focus on increasing adoption rates for personalized care in the US spine space. As you build out the region, you will be empowered to expand your team with direct and indirect sales channels whilst also managing a select team of distributors.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience selling hardware and/or enabling technologies for spine surgery.
• Successful history leading a high growth region.
• Spine sales experience is essential.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead a multi-state region.
• Strong work ethic & team player mentality
