LHH is working with a long-term client in the construction supply chain industry who is looking to bring a Business Development Representative onto their team. This person will work remotely, but travel within their territory, so they need to sit in Billings, MT. Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential clients and determine their needs, budget and decision-making process
• Utilize channels such as cold-calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events to generate new sales leads and increase revenue
• Oversee competitive bidding and follow-up on quotations to customers
• Engage in trade shows and business development events to connect with customers, vendors and company partners
• Inform customers about new products and conduct demonstrations as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in construction related sales or business development
• Deep understanding of the construction industry and construction material
• Technical knowledge in the application of insulation
