Hotel Sales Manager
Our firm is currently partnered with a leading hotel brand in Northwest Atlanta. The Sales team is looking to bring on a proven Sales Manager to support the hotel and the brand. The hiring manager is eager to interview and reviewing resumes as early as this week!
What you'll do:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
-Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base
-Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute sales initiatives and campaigns
-Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and build long-term relationships
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market
The essentials:
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
-Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred, but not required) 0-3
