Account Manager

$75-90k base double OTE

Office based in Charlotte, 2 days a week

We have partnered with an employee communication / HR technology platform that has grown to double-digit millions in ARR through complete inbound business.

They are putting a lot of focus on expanding existing business and looking to hire their first Account Manager.

The role:

Managing 2M BoB

Lots of in-person meetings, traveling across the US

Focus purely on account expansion

AOV from $10-50k

Managing 20-100 accounts

The experience:

3-5 years of Account Management experience

MEDDICC / MEDDPICC trained

Appetite to work in a growing scale-up

Managed 20-100 accounts

Consistently hit expansion target

The important bits:

$80-90k base double OTE

Office based in Charlotte, 2 days a week

Encouraged to spend most of your working week at client meetings across the US
