Job Summary
- Managing team of 10 AE’s in NYC
- Reviewing pipelines
- Work closely with sales managers and AE’s on running sales plays
- Recruit and develop additional Account Executives
- Work closely with business operations and enablement team to help improve AE’s
- Assist AE’s with the closure of big-ticket deals
- AOV of 35-50k USD AE’s will be selling to MidMarket / Enterprise businesses, 150M+ in revenue
- Ability to operate in a month to month sales process
Experienced Required
- 6 years experience selling SaaS
- 2+ years managing Account Executives
- Martech background is a must
- Evidence of exceeding targets / team targets
- Bachelors degree is required
