Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and goal-oriented Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in processes and productivity while ensuring the achievement of key financial and operational metrics. A strong background in CNC milling and turning processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the manufacturing planning and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead problem-solving efforts for technical issues and provide leadership in engineering and process design.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100/ISO9001 standards, adapting it to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Interface with customers as needed to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency with JobBoss software.
• Experience with Net-Inspect software.
• Familiarity with Honeywell and Raytheon quality requirements.
