We a major brand women’s garment maker seeking a dedicated Import Production Assistant with experience in the Apparel Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fabric, trim, and care label approvals with our factories according to calendar
• Handle bulk fabric and trim approvals with our factories to ensure color and fabric consistency
• Coordination of Private Label requirements and approvals with our factories
• Coordination working between our design team and our factories

Qualifications:

?

• Solid understanding of garment import production processes, fabric, and trims
• 3+ years minimum of garment import assistant production experience
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage workflow and projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be excel and PDF proficient
• Private label experience is preferable
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus
