This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Oakman Enterprises, Inc. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.

• Construction Management, Project Management, and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry
