Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Processes : As a Product Manager, you’ll take charge of SCRUM ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Your leadership will foster an agile mindset and ensure continuous improvement across teams.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : You’ll partner with Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned and obstacles are swiftly removed. Your role will bridge teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Drive Product Execution : Own the product roadmap and manage the backlog for upcoming iterations. From ideation and journey mapping to requirements gathering and user story writing, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring future product success.
- Strategic Product Development : Collaborate with teams on long-term product strategy and roadmap development. Help drive the adoption of best practices in both product management and agile methodologies, ensuring we’re always moving forward.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Management and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Experience in backlog refinement, Roadmaps, and MVP definition and release planning
- Experience collaborating and communicating with Portfolio Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders
