Location: Tempe, AZ (hybrid basis)

The Intersect Group is seeking a Product Manager for our direct client, where you will support products designed to enhance functionality by:

• Facilitating communication, providing information, and fostering relationships through advising, tutoring, events, clubs, and organizations.
• Supporting mental health and holistic wellbeing.
• Ensuring accurate financial aid processing and billing systems.

The PM will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities: The Product Manager will focus on providing support to pre-existing teams at various stages of execution. Specific responsibilities include:

• Lead SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Foster an agile mindset within the teams to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Product Managers to align priorities and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles and resolve dependencies.
• Accountable for delivery of roadmap
• Manage backlog for future product iterations including: ideation, journey mapping, requirements gathering / user story writing, prioritizing backlog
• Engage in requirements gathering and prioritization for future product iterations.
• Collaborate on long-term planning for product areas, including roadmap development.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
