The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, able to resolve issues effectively and assist customers with a wide range of banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their banking inquiries, and account issues, and providing timely solutions.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Provide detailed information on bank products and services, including personal and business accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person queries, always ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions, transactions, and feedback records in the bank’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling bank products and services, enhancing customer experience and contributing to business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and technical support, to address complex issues and implement solutions.
- Process customer requests for funds transfers, payments, check orders, and account adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain banking products and services.
