Seeking a Settlement Paralegal for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm located in the inner loop of Houston.

This position would require a familiarity with accounting, the ability to draft and/or revise settlement brochures, negotiate liens with medical providers ? specifically Medicaid, Medicare, VA, hospitals, workers' compensation, etc. ? draft and file guardianship petitions, draft and file non-suits, and strong client relations.
