Eden Rose has partnered with a leading client who is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join their dynamic legal team. Position Overview:


As a Litigation Associate, you will be involved in a variety of legal matters, working alongside top-tier attorneys on significant cases. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in litigation, either from a law firm or government agency, with a focus on general commercial, securities, M&A or corporate governance-related litigation, antitrust matters, SEC enforcement, or criminal and regulatory investigations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle all aspects of litigation, from case preparation to trial support, with a focus on complex commercial, securities, M&A-related, and antitrust matters.
  • Support senior attorneys in SEC enforcement actions and criminal/regulatory investigations.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of witnesses and participate in deposition and discovery processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop case strategies and provide litigation advice to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.


Qualifications:


  • 2-6 years of litigation experience, with a background in general commercial, securities, M&A/corporate governance, or antitrust litigation, SEC enforcement, or criminal/regulatory investigations.
  • Strong academic background from a reputable law school.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A federal judicial clerkship is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Admission to the state bar.
