Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst (Entry Level)

BGSF is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Financial Analyst with exceptional Excel and financial analysis/modeling skills to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions while gaining exposure to senior leadership on a domestic and international level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough industry research to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing presentations, recommendations, and proposals for senior leadership.
• Support financial modeling to evaluate potential capital projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or corporate analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial analysis and modeling.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and GAAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
