Job Title: Millwright
Location: Stayner, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay rate: $30/hr-$40/hr

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Troubleshoot and repair building mechanical/electrical systems, including building automation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Replace defective parts, reassemble equipment, and ensure proper functioning using hand and power tools.
- Install, maintain, and repair automated manufacturing equipment and fixtures per manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Support the facilities team with general building maintenance tasks.
- Promote and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Production areas may include hot and humid environments.
- Willingness to support overtime and weekend work on short notice.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, crouching, pushing, and pulling.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of practical experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Must have a Millwright or Electrical license.
- Knowledge of PLC programming (asset).
- Forklift license (asset).
- Strong verbal communication skills and experience working within a team.
- Previous health and safety or first aid training (asset).
- Valid driver’s license.
